OT-01 | Omni Titanium

One of the biggest changes is the new 1.5” head tube, engineered and machined in three parts from solid Grade 5 titanium billets. Its design preserves the brand’s unmistakable signature style, reintroducing a multi-piece construction even on models with fully integrated cable routing. This development further enhances steering precision and front-end stiffness, giving the rider a more direct and controlled response. The OT-01 is not just an aesthetic evolution: it results from a complete rethinking of the whole frame, achieving a weight reduction of over 120 grams in size medium without compromising strength or performance.

The rear triangle has been redesigned with new chainstays allowing tire clearance up to 32 mm, combined with newly developed 3D-printed dropouts. The drive-side dropout is fully closed, improving visual cleanliness and contributing to a more integrated and balanced frame silhouette.

The front triangle features two new tubes. The downtube has a reduced diameter and weighs over 90g less than the previous version, while maintaining Passoni’s triple-butted construction for optimal stiffness-to-weight ratio and ride quality.

The frame is paired with the new FP01 full carbon fork, featuring a 1.5” steerer, straight blades, and a minimal, performance-oriented design. The fork is engineered for use with a 160 mm brake rotor.
