THM is a European business in ultra-high technology manufacturing. The breakthrough into the cycle industry came when THM designed and made the world's lightest cranks and fork, ridden and proved by the Deutsche Telekom pro team.

These products, designated THM- Carbones, were acclaimed as the finest available for sporting bicycles. In the following years, THM added further components to its portfolio: cranksets, brakes, and now a stem. We are always select the best components and parts for our Passoni bikes and we have just realise a hi-tech limited edition components family for all the Passoni riders.

Tibia

Tibia sets a new benchmark in carbon fabrication: an ideal choice of fiber, following the natural principle of minimizing tension differences, makes the stem super-stiff yet forgiving to ride, with excellent damping to soak up road buzz. Tibia provides an optimal connection between the handlebar and the front wheel. New clamping hardware in Ti and Aluminum ensures that the carbon fibers run end-to-end without being severed by bolt thread inserts. The faceplate is also made of carbon, with high sophisticated very small structural elements. Only 80g for the 100mm model.

Ulna

For the Ulna, THM went all-out, modifying their proprietary THM- RTM process to allow for an internal structure that greatly boosts its structural properties while decreasing its weight. Combining this structural design with THM’s intricate layup and carbon grade selection renders the lightest handlebar for real riders, with an incredible 110 kg weight limit. Only 155g for the 42cm model.
