The Cicloprato bike challenges the adventure with low weight and great handling
making the bike alive, no matter the surface under its tyres.
“The Cicloprato is inspired by the countryside near our Milan-based atelier. A bike like the
Cicloprato will climb a mountain on a road that turns into a gravel track, that becomes a trail,
and help you conquer each in turn”
An invitation to adventure. The Cicloprato provides the refinement Passoni is known for and
lets you take it with you deep into the wilderness.
With fitments suiting it to carrying the latest bikepacking bags, its superlatively fast titanium
frame is both incredibly light and robust. Simultaneously utilitarian and beautiful, it’s able to
support a range of pursuits from lightweight adventure touring to gravel racing.
Taking Passoni’s racing heritage and pushing it beyond the limits of the road, the Cicloprato
also retains the speed and sharp handling for which our bicycles are famed.
From the white roads of Tuscany to high paths through the Alps, the Cicloprato allows you to
traverse the hardest terrain in comfort. Constructed from the highest grades of titanium, this
is custom drawn before being welded in a sealed chamber to ensure the strongest and most
consistent welds possible.
Incredibly lightweight, the resulting frame is also unsurpassed in its durability. Uniquely
suitable for use on adventure-oriented bicycles, unlike carbon fibre, titanium is well suited to
supporting the straps used by bikepacking luggage. Allowing the Cicloprato to elude wear
from both terrain and kit, the result is a machine as resilient as it is refined.
The Cicloprato is Passoni’s most protean bicycle. Able to accept both 650b and 700c
wheelsets, this adaptable nature is extended to the ways in which it can be customised.
Equipped with routing for either a mechanical or electronic groupset, the frame can be built
using our adjustable or fixed CNC machined bolt-through dropouts. Allowing you to carry
exactly what you want, additional luggage mounts can be added to the top tube along with
supplementary fixings for an additional water bottle on the underside of the downtube.
All uniquely suited to withstand the rigours of off-road use, the Cicloprato can be finished
using Passoni’s full range of post-production treatments. Creating a lustrous yet hardwearing
matt or satin finish, each serves to perfectly accentuate the craft employed in its fabrication.
