A bike made to get the most out of the rider.
Our race-focused Titanio Disco offers a finely
balanced mix of speed and control
“The Titanio offers a faster and more responsive ride thanks to oversized tubes that
complement aggressive riding. Equally able to absorb fatigue-inducing vibration thrown up
from the road, the result is a bike that remains ready to attack even after many hard hours
on the road”
The Titanio Disco occupies the intersection of Passoni’s racing heritage and cycling’s future.
A timeless titanium racer made to match the latest groupset technology, its disc brakes are
as beautifully integrated as they are powerful. Giving its rider licence to push the bike to the
very edge of its capabilities, it provides dynamism and control in perfect balance.
Instantly recognisable for its classic profile, the Titanio Disco is nevertheless built to
accommodate the latest electronic shifting. Leaving its appearance unblemished, features
like its neat thru-axle dropouts and slender seatstays show off the craftsmanship involved in
creating a bike that’s utilitarian in its pursuit of speed.
If correctly integrated, disc brakes can both add control and enhance the aesthetic of the
bicycle. To achieve this, our designers created bespoke mounts and dropouts from the
highest grades of titanium. Cast and finished at our Milan-based atelier; they’re made with
the same attention to detail found in every other element of the frame. Elegantly bringing the
latest features to a timeless racing bicycle, their ability to accommodate the most modern
standards ensure the Titanio Disco will remain competitive as long as its rider retains the
desire to compete.
Demanding to be built using the very latest in groupset technology, the Titanio Disco pairs
perfectly with electronic derailleurs for the most efficient and effortless shifting. Available
made to measure, the geometry of the Titanio Disco can also be tailored to the exact
morphology of its rider. However, regardless of the form each bicycle takes, every Titanio
Disco is built using a front triangle constructed from oversized tubing. Incredibly light while
remaining resolutely stiff, this is paired to an equally robust PF30 type bottom bracket. With
each element helping to create a ride that will inspire anyone to pin on a race number, the
Titanio Disco is among the most aggressive bicycles we produce.
With both the frame and customised Columbus Futura fork as a canvas, the Titanio Disco
can be painted and finished to match the tastes of its owner. Highlighting the work of our
master craftspeople, its tubes are diligently glazed by hand before a range of graphics can
be applied directly to the frame via selective sandblasting.
